Graduate in Human Nutrition Sciences, Exercise and Sport Sciences and Philosophy, registered with the Italian Order of Biologists. Over the years I have earned international certifications in training and nutrition, including ISSA Master Trainer, SNPT Elite Trainer and Precision Nutrition.
