Customized programs

1. Welcome and goal setting

We start from where you are today and where you want to go. Together we define clear and measurable goals for your body recomposition (weight, measurements, performance, energy, adherence).

Psychophysical evaluation

2. Assessment and information gathering

We explore:
• Medical and family history, and any available blood test results
• Medications/supplements, digestion, sleep, stress
• Work schedule, training and daily activity level
• Preferences, dislikes, intolerances, and meal organization
• Food diary (if available) or reconstruction of your typical daily eating habits

Anthropometric evaluation

3. Anthropometric assessment and body composition

Depending on the case and available tools, we evaluate:
•Weight, height, BMI
• Body measurements and/or skinfolds
• Estimated fat/lean mass and hydration
The goal is to establish a realistic starting point to track progress beyond the scale.

4. Analysis and strategy

We put the data together and build the most suitable strategy:
• Calories and macronutrients (when appropriate)
• Meal distribution based on your real daily schedule

Quick FAQs

Do I need to bring blood test results?

If you have recent ones, they’re very useful. If not, we can evaluate together whether any tests may be appropriate.

Is the plan “rigid”?

No. It’s structured, but with alternatives and substitutions to adapt it to real life.

How long does it take to see results?

It depends on your goals and consistency. In general, the first signs of progress appear within the first few weeks.

Do you also work with athletes?

Yes. I adjust the nutrition plan based on training, performance, and recovery.

Do you want to find out which path is right for you?
