Depending on the case, we observe how you move, for example:
• squat/hip hinge (bending and pelvic control)
• pushing/pulling (shoulder and scapular patterns)
• core and functional stability
• walking/running (when relevant)
This helps identify what to strengthen and what to make more efficient before adding load.

We assess:
• ankle, hip, thoracic, and shoulder mobility
• spine assessment
• single-leg stability and control
The goal is to understand whether structural or functional limitations may prevent the correct execution of optimal movement patterns required for training.

• manageable loads with proper execution
